HOW TO FIND COLUMN 6 AT PALMA AIRPORT
Column 6 can be found inside the Arrivals Terminal itself. Just outside the baggage claim area you will find column 4, immediately turn left (you will see that the columns are numbered: 4, 5…) until you reach column 6, our passenger pick-up point.

Do you offer baby seats or child seats on transfers?
Yes, we do have baby seats and child safety seats available. Just specify the age of the child when booking so we can provide you with the appropriate seat.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure service availability, although we will always try to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Does the transfer price include additional tolls and fees?
Yes, our prices are transparent and do not include hidden costs. Tolls, fees and other additional charges are already included in the final price.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flights in real time, so if your flight is delayed, our driver will be aware and will adjust the pick-up time at no additional cost.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation at no additional cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
